Use
Viewing a KTI site creates a copy of KTI materials in your computer's random access memory and/or in your hard drive and/or in your proxy server. KTI is committed to protecting your privacy. Our privacy policy is designed to assist you to understand how we collect and use the personal information you provide to us and to assist you in making informed decisions when using our site and our products and services.

KTI does not sell or trade email lists or personal information for any reason or with any person.

Registration
KTI does not require users to register to enter our website. Users may look around and browse. To enter the “My Account” section, a user must first be assigned a password by KTI. During registration, a user is required to give his/her contact information (such as name and email address).

What information do we collect?
Personal information you choose to provide.

KTI requests information from you on some forms. Here a user must provide contact information (name, shipping address, telephone, email). We will only use a telephone number or email you supply to contact you regarding an order or to follow up on an inquiry.

You will provide us information about yourself when you register to receive our email newsletter or alert lists. You may also provide additional comments when contacting customer service.

If you choose to correspond with us through email, we may retain the content of your email messages together with your email address and our responses.

Our website utilizes a standard technology called "cookies" (see explanation below, "What are cookies?") and web server logs to collect information about how our website is used. All of our users' information, not just the sensitive information mentioned above, is restricted in our offices. Our employees are notified regularly of new policies and/or reminded about the importance we place on privacy, and how they can work to ensure our customers' information is protected. Finally, the servers where we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.
